Rules

• 1. Winner must be 21+
• 2. Winner must contact the Airport within seven (7) business days to validate their prize. Please contact the airport directly at 304-842-3400.
• 3. West Virginia Toughman Competition, Allegiant Air, and North Central West Virginia Airport employees are ineligible to participate.
• 4. Winner is to select three dates between June 2nd and August 31, 2023 to travel to Destin Beach, FL from CKB on Allegiant Air. Travel availability is subject to blackout dates, seat availability, and can be altered at the Airport’s discretion.
• 5. The winner will be responsible for the payment of any taxes that apply to any prize and insurance fees that may apply to the air travel, ground transportation to and from the airport on both ends of the trip, as well as any and all other incidentals and expenses incurred during the trip. Ground transportation, seat selection, and any other items not expressly included in the prize package is the responsibility of the winner and winner’s guest.
• 6. Hotel accommodations must be arranged by the winner
• 7. Prize package is non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash.
• 8. The Airport and WV Toughman reserves the right to change, alter, amend or terminate this Contest at any time without prior notice.
• 9. The Airport and WV Toughman is not responsible for cancellations or delays in travel accommodations and has no obligation to reimburse, refund or otherwise substitute any tickets awarded as part of a travel prize due to such cancellations or delays.
• 10. All participants must agree to these Official Contest Rules in order to enter this Contest. Entering this Contest constitutes agreement to the Official Contest Rules. Failure to comply with the Official Contest Rules may result in disqualification from the Contest. By entering the Contest, participants agree to comply with and be bound by the Contest results, which are final and binding in all respects.

By participating in this Contest, the participant fully releases, discharges, and holds harmless the Airport and its directors, officers, and employees and contracted consultants from and against any and all actions, charges, claims, losses, costs, damages, expenses (including attorneys' fees and expenses) and liabilities of any kind or character, whether known or unknown, in connection with, arising out of, or in any way related to, his/her participation in the Contest and/or use of the Prize.
• 12. This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and taxes associated with the Prize. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to report fair market value of the Prize, and to pay taxes on such amount to the Internal Revenue Service as required by law. Void where prohibited.
